2.4	Added a function that allows to set "Preferred Character code" on the "File I/O" setting screen! By setting the "Preferred Character code", will be able to do the following! 1. Preferentially use specified character code when opening files 2. Since the default settings are changed, there is no need to specify the character code every time. 3. When saving a file, the same character code as when opening is used by default, which reduces the possibility of garbled characters due to overwriting and saving when the character code is misjudged. Used when using a fixed character code, such as when using without worrying about the character code. The default is "Auto detect", but by changing the setting to "UTF-8", which is the default character code of this app, you can open/save files in "UTF-8" without any special operations!
